throughout the conceptual, technical assessment, design,
and construction phases of a project. We have experience
in the review of RFPs, plans, contracts, and specifications;
assistance in conflict resolution; and site supervision.
Recent projects have included plan review, engineering and
on-site representation for a transportation project of Northeast
Utilities, and on-site representation for NOAA’s Rehabilitation
and Modernization Program.
