Our
efforts to meet our clients’ needs and to find improved ways to solve
the many engineering challenges they encounter has led to the development
of a wide variety of custom software programs. These programs have ranged
in application from systemic trending and monitoring for long-term performance
changes to programs that aid in fuel selection. For example, our Fuel
Acquisition Cost Evaluation (FACE) program can be utilized to evaluate
and select a fuel on the basis of cost per unit heat content in dollars
per million thermal units, versus the more traditional method of price per
unit volume or weight. This program also identifies and evaluates fuels
with potentially harmful contaminants, and warns of damage that may result
with use.
In
support of our position as an industry leader in energy conservation and
performance improvement, we have developed unique software programs that
monitor fuel use and evaluate progress in efficiency such as our Fuel
Tracking System and Part Power Heat Balance Program. |
