Since
1987 Seaworthy Systems, Inc. has conducted over 50 ship
vibration surveys and analyses on a wide range of ship structural
elements from complete hulls to local structures, diesel
engines and their foundations, shafting and propellers,
auxiliary machinery and equipment plus associated foundations.
Seaworthy has developed its own experience and failure based
vibration criteria for various ship components and also
supports the development of national and international standards
for ship hull and machinery vibration through participation
on SNAME and ANSI committees. Whether working for a ship
owner/operator, a shipyard or a third party, Seaworthy's
