Initially developed to capture SAMM
end-user comments, the Feedback Tracking System provides
a single resource for the documentation of data, software and philosophy
changes within the MSC engineering systems. Requests documented within
the SAMM system are replicated to the shore-based FBT system. Web accessibility
via Citrix Metaframe XP provides access to all users involved in the approval
process.
