Developed for the Military Sealift Command,
PENG/Win provides the tools a Port Engineer requires
to establish, track and document a ship availability evolution. The system
consists of cost estimation, contract data formatting, progress tracking,
situation and post overhaul analysis reporting business functions. Additionally,
the system supports the Port Engineer in executing his/her responsibilities
with overseeing contract execution, issuing Requests for Proposals (RFPs),
responding to condition reports and monitoring contract growth.
PENG/Win supports an API interface based on the proposed ASME data exchange standard with the integrated data management system, a tracking system used by many of the U.S. shipyards.
The PENG/Win system
is deployed at the enterprise, availability yard and Port Engineer workstation
levels.
